SK-I

SK-I is an environmentally friendly sodium-containing granular fused fluxes. It is mainly used in 1.3.6.8 series aluminum alloy casting. It is KCl (Potassium Chloride) free and MgCl (Magnesium Chloride) is proprietary ratio.  The product is an environmentally friendly granular flux.

During application, the emission of smoke (mainly hydrogen chloride and dust) is lower than the environmental standards set by the US Environmental Protection Agency EPA for hazardous air pollutants. 

SK-II

SK-II (MgCL2 60% and KCL 40%) is a eco-friendly with Na-Free and Floride-free granular fluxes. Which is benefit to be a refining fluxes for 1xxx/3xxx/6xxx/8xxx aluminium alloy. Multi-functional of refining, remove non-metallic inclusions,remove alkali metals (NA,CA,LI...) furnace cleaning and degassing by injection equipment with inert gas.

Improve the mechanical properties by increasing the quality of aluminium alloy. It is a binary inorganic with fused . Which make the fluxes less emission and no dust when application.

SK-III

SK-III (MgCL2 43% and KCL 57%) is a eco-friendly with Na-Free and Floride-free granular fluxes. Which is benefit to be a refining fluxes for 1xxx/3xxx/5xxx/8xxx aluminium sheet and coil. Multi-functional of refining, remove non metallic inclusions,remove alkali metals (NA,CA,LI...) furnace cleaning and degassing by injection equipment with inert gas.
