January 16th, 2025 – A high-level delegation from Lukoil Lubricants Asia LLP, led by Alexandr Minaev, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Lukoil Kazakhstan, recently visited Horgos Steerkraft Industries Ltd in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China.
