Horgos SteerKraft Industries Becomes Official Authorized Lukoil Partner for Xinjiang, China

 

March 7, 2025 – Horgos Steerkraft Industries Ltd has successfully signed an agreement with Lukoil Lubricants Asia LLP, officially becoming the authorized partner for Lukoil lubricants in Xinjiang, China. This significant milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter in the partnership between the two companies, further strengthening the collaboration between China and Kazakhstan.

 

On March 7th, a high-level delegation from Horgos Steerkraft Industries, led by CEO Sandy Wang, visited Lukoil’s regional headquarters in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The team had a highly productive meeting with Alexandr Milaev, CCO of Lukoil Kazakhstan, and Trushkov Aleksei, CEO of Lukoil Kazakhstan. The visit included a comprehensive tour of Lukoil’s state-of-the-art lubricants refinery, providing the Horgos Steerkraft team with invaluable insights into the company’s advanced production processes and quality control standards that make Lukoil a global leader in the lubricants industry.
